Black Cafe Winter Uniform

This is an entry for 's Black Cafe winter uniform contest. I tried to make it cute (hence the frillies and ribbons) but at the same time wintery-ish. Meaning that to me, something that is longer in the skirt for with a high neckling, for warmth. The shoes are also designed for winter wear. All in all, something that's simple and clean yet kind of sweet (I hope) that's also suited for colder days.
