Just kicking in an entry to keep this page updated. It's been quite awhile and I don't think my art will pick up as much as it used to. I am mostly drawing nowadays for my own pleasure with a few things on the side for others. I'll keep this page for people to enjoy and hope to update with pictures in the future. See y'all later~

Well, I am still working on that picture book for my cousin's little boy.  It's a First Words kind of book; the words that I am introducing to this baby (he's one year old now) are: pan fairy kappa elf dwarf mermaid orc I suppose it's a little different than the usual, tangible things in life like "chair" or "kitten".  My little sister was all like, "So at what point in his life is he ever going to use the word 'kappa'?" Other than that, I am doing some sketch work for an online story - Magenta: Slumlords and Ladies http://magentastories.blogspot.com/ and hopefully squeezing in other little art projects here and there. So...yeah.  M

I have this blank board book I picked up at a craft store some time ago, sitting there and waiting for a good project to come along so it could be used.  I've now hit upon the perfect thing.  My cousin and his wife had a baby boy at the beginning of this year and I want to make this little book for him - something cute and visually appealing but also something that would educate him. I was thinking maybe an simple word and picture book - one of those baby's first words books - that he may not be able to read yet but will last for a good while (like, until he starts preschool or something).
